Action to petition NY State Assembly Member Robert Oaks - introducing a Parental Notification of Child Birth bill helps recognize a basic family right.
Fighting a suspended license - it all started with a bad turn signal and turned into NonViolent Action.
Action to Petition Senator Clinton to meet with parents (Jan 2007) Jailed 53 days for writing "I Love You" with chalk.

Mother & Father outside Federal Building - Jan 2005. Trying to get Senator Clinton to meet with parents, risking arrest, both write "I LOVE YOU" to their kids on the ground with chalk. (follow link to see TV coverage).
Action to Petition Members of Congress, Jan 2002 - Check here for details and to help. [total of 5 arrests - 4 nights in jail - all charges dismissed]
Meeting with Federal Representatives in Syracuse, Apr. 2001 -- We meet with the staff members of U.S. Senator Charles Schumer and Hillary Rodham Clinton. Check here for current information.Rally in Washington, D.C. - June 2000 -- Trying to bring National attention to the issue of Family Civil Rights.
NonViolent Action started November 11, 1999 -- Parent went "on strike" for their child. After a dozen arrests and about 30 days in jail, won back the "right" to carry a sign inside the local County Courthouse and U.S. Federal Building. [total of 16 arrests 24 nights in jail - all charges dismissed]
Voluntary Arrest, February, 1999 -- A member was jailed in NonViolent protest, requesting legislators investigate what has happened to him, and so, so many others! TV and newspaper reports. [total of 2 arrests - 21 nights in jail - all charges dismissed]
